Vicki Levy Eskin

Mrs. Eskin began her legal career at the 9th Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Orange County and then served as an assistant public defender in the Orange County Public Defender’s Office for six years, at which time she entered into private practice as a sole practitioner under the name Vicki K. Levy. Then she formed Levy & Associates P.A. of Central Florida, where she is the principal owner. Mrs. Eskin is a member of the Florida Bar, Iowa Bar & is admitted to practice in several federal jurisdictions. She is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator, County Court Mediator, and an Appellate Mediator for the Fifth District Court of Appeal for Florida.
Vicki Levy Eskin is an active member and leader in the General Practice Solo Division of the American Bar Association, having served three consecutive years as the chair for the National Solo and Small Firm Conference. She is also active in the local community, having won the 2008 Seminole County Community Activist award from the Guardian ad Litem Program, and the 2011 Seminole County Bar Association Pro Bono Award. She also serves on several advisory boards addressing the needs of children, the elderly, and those with mental health issues. She is married to Paul Eskin and together they have three children and six grandchildren.
Her hobbies include RV travel, writing, creative sewing, cooking, and playing with her grandchildren and dog.
